Biography

Political economist with a substantial background in the judicial profession and in business in China. Research interests include China and development policy, governance and accountability, trade and sustainable development. A specific concern is with the growing role of Chinese enterprises in the global economy. Currently, she works on China and Africa's development policy including Chinese investment in Africa.
