Biography
Martin Greeley is a Development Economist with over 30 year's professional experience including ten years long-term overseas work, (Andhra Pradesh, India, Sri Lanka and Bangladesh). Main areas of interest are: aid and public policy, agricultural development, impact assessment, poverty reduction, microfinance.
