As election day in the UK draws closer, all three main parties (Labour, Conservative and Liberal Democrat) have reiterated their commitment to reach the aid target of 0.7% GDP.  But where’s the substance behind their pledges? And how much will foreign policy and development issues play a part in the wooing of British voters?
