IDS Health and Development Information Team provides high-quality, accessible information drawn from a diversity of sources, in order to support informed decision-making by policymakers and practitioners working in health and development.

What does the IDS Health and Development Information Team offer?

Health Resource Guide on Eldis: comprehensive coverage of key issues in health policy and development.

Health Systems Resource Guide on Eldis: policy-relevant coverage of the key systems issues in delivering healthcare in developing countries.

HIV and AIDS Resource Guide on Eldis: cross-cutting coverage of the social, economic and political aspects of HIV and AIDS in developing countries.

id21 Health: bringing you the latest and best UK-resourced research on health and development.

The Health and Development Information (HDI) Team is part of the IDS Health and Social Change programme, which is an initiative to generate innovative thinking on health for a rapidly changing world.

The HDI Team collaborates with other areas of the programme to support innovative communications. The HDI Team works in collaboration with the DFID Health Resource Centre to deliver information services on health and HIV and AIDS to DFID.
