This post is associated with the Impact Innovation theme of an institute-wide grant that is already in place. Under the direction of the Impact Innovation lead, the post-holder will work across a number of policy themes, disciplines and methodological approaches and interact closely with other staff and units involved in impact assessment and learning. The post holder will also be involved in the M&E of the grant itself.

Given the range of responsibilities and tasks of this position, the post-holder will be expected to have a post-graduate degree in social sciences, international development or related field, and training in and experience with research methods relevant to impact assessment and M&E. The post-holder will have quantitative and qualitative research skills; and a willingness to work across the quantitative – qualitative divide.

Salary: £23,587 - £35,231 per annum, pro rata (depending on experience),
