The Participation, Power and Social Change team are looking to recruit an individual who has the capacity to work independently and has strong project management and facilitation skills. The RO will be responsible for contributing to the Post-Millennium Development Goals participation project, as well as becoming a team member in the Participation, Power and Social Change team

The successful candidate will have experience of facilitating processes for the synthesis and meta-analysis of participatory research. Applicants should have significant experience working with diverse networks, and linking civil society to policy processes especially in the UN.

A master’s degree in development, international relations or a related field or significant relevant experience is required along with knowledge of qualitative, quantitative and participatory methodologies.

Salary: Initial appointment will be between £23,587 - £35,231 per annum (depending on experience), in theIDS Grade 6 range.
