Vincent, J.B.M.(2012) 'A Village-Up View of Sierra Leone’s Civil War and Reconstruction: Multilayered and Networked Governance'

While the international community has tended to focus on rebuilding from the centre outwards, this paper analyses the reconstruction from the perspective of local communities and their chiefs.
