Restless feminist and changemaker. Elena aolds a MA in Gender and Development from the Institute of Development Studies. She works as a GAD consultant providing technical assitance for mainstreeaming gender in research, consultancies, programs and projects.

She has also worked for UN women, as well as local government institutions.At grassroots level she promotes cultural and technological projects that aim to move people consciousness concerning gender equality and women’s empowerment.
