Ntokozo’s experience and skills are in journalism, online media, advocacy and research. She has worked in South Africa for media companies and human rights-based non-profit organisations (NPOs) such as the Sex Worker Education and Advocacy Taskforce (SWEAT).

Ntokozo also freelances as an online media consultant and researcher. Her current role in the Open Knowledge and Digital Services Unit entails working with the eldis.org and okhub.org technical and editorial teams to structure online content and data for the optimal user experience.

She also acts as the liaison between these teams and the content partners/contributors from across the globe.
