This paper was part of a wider research project led by the Strategic Learning Initiative (now the Impact and Learning Team), composed of a series of case studies, to help us better understand the information and communication (IC) problems in development that the IDS Knowledge Services intend to address, and what roles they play in actually addressing these problems.
