Responding to the Sustainable Development Goals in Kenya

Organised by IDS’ Alumni Ambassador in Kenya, this event is being held as part of a series of IDS Alumni events to mark IDS’ 50th anniversary year. The findings from the event will be discussed in a panel at the IDS 50th Anniversary Conference ‘States, Markets and Society‘.

The event will ask participants to consider the following questions:

1. How can Kenya effectively respond to the 2030 Sustainable Development Goals at national and county levels? 

2. Are there knowledge gaps and research capacity issues that need to be addressed in order to do this?
