Gulru is MA Governance and Development Class 2005/06 graduate, with almost a decade of international development experience in the fields of resource mobilisation, programme development and management in complex political emergencies in Asia and Middle East.

Currently, Gulru is administering regional programme development and resource mobilisation for Oxfam’s programme, with special emphasis on promoting Gender Justice, in the MENA region.
