Research Assistant for MICROCON project at IDS. Ivan is a Colombian economist with an MSc in Economics from Universidad Javeriana and recently completed an MSc in Social Policy and Development from The London School of Economics.
He worked for almost six years in research and consultancy in Colombia, in topics such as agricultural and rural development policies, international trade analysis, micro-economic and financial analysis, and social policy issues for conflict-affected groups.
