Mimi Coultas

Research Officer

Mimi is a Research Officer for the Sanitation Learning Hub, working with Jamie and Ruhil on timely, relevant and actionable learning activities in the sanitation and hygiene sector.

She is particularly interested in social norm and behaviour change relating to sanitation and hygiene, gender transformative approaches, and processes to identify, share learning from and raise the profile of programmes and policies that engage and benefit people who may be vulnerable and at risk of being left behind.

Prior to joining the Sanitation Learning Hub, she spent ten years supporting the development and implementation of water, sanitation and hygiene (WASH) programmes and projects for a number of local and international NGOs, including Plan International UK and SEED Madagascar.
