Noburu Yoshida is a research management officer at the Institute of Developing Economies (IDE) in Japan. Noburu has more than ten years working experience in development research administration and management. He currently has a central role in bridging the extensive academic knowledge of researchers and research management expertise within the institute. As well as enhancing research outcome to policymakers, and other major stakeholders not only in Japan, but also throughout the world.
