Moe is currently working at Oxfam Hong Kong coordinating strategic planning, programme monitoring evaluation and learning, as well as working as a facilitator and trainer for the capacity building of programme staff and local counterparts. Her professional interests include participatory approaches, power analysis, action research and reflective practice. She is trained in humanitarian diplomacy, participatory learning and action research. She is fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
Prior to studying at IDS, Moe worked for World Vision on child sponsorship and managed an area development programme targeting vulnerable children and their families in Yunnan Province of China. Later she served as the International and Relief Service Officer for Hong Kong Red Cross in managing disaster response and risk reduction programmes in China.
