Sherman Robinson is an economist with research interests in international trade, macroeconomic policy, income distribution, poverty, and policy-oriented general equilibrium modeling.

His work on international trade has focused on the impact of global and regional trade agreements. Sherman holds a joint appointment as Professor of Economics at the University of Sussex.
