Xiulan Zhang - Senior International Associate
Professor Xiulan Zhang is Director, Institute of Social Development and Public Policy, Beijing Normal University. She was invited to be Senior International Associate with the Rising Powers in International Development programme, based at IDS, due to her wide experience as an analyst of Chinese social and health policy and her close collaboration with policymakers in that country.
