Project

HEART (Health and Education Advice and Resource Team)

HEART is a consortium of leading organisations in international development, health, nutrition, education, social protection and WASH. IDS works together with these organisations to support the use of evidence and expert advice in policymaking.

Recent assignments have focused on creating an evidence map of modern slavery interventions and private sector development in countries progressing to peace and prosperity.

The HEART website showcases knowledge products from a resource centre providing DFID staff and other development actors with related knowledge and expertise.

HEART helps time-pressured decision-makers better understand, interpret and apply evidence. Our knowledge and consultancy services are tailored to support policy decisions and we respond rapidly to requests for assistance as they arise.
