Sexuality and Social Justice: A Toolkit

Published on 1 May 2014

This free interactive toolkit documents the learning from the Sexuality, Poverty and Law Programme at the Institute for Development Studies as it unfolds.

In this site you will find summaries of current debates, legal terms explained, options for mobilising, and practical tools to use with your members. Throughout the site you will also find links to up-to-date case studies, examples and ‘inside stories’ from our members and partner organisations alongside links to supporting reading, practical guides, articles, blog posts, video clips, images and more, from a range of sources.

This toolkit is designed to be an accessible, user-friendly resource to assist activists, civil society organisations, practitioners and others in understanding some of the most pressing issues relating to sexuality and social justice and acting to effect positive change. The content is currently available in English and the information is presented in a range of formats. The content of this toolkit can be downloaded as a pdf for emailing and printing.
