This publication provides a snapshot of the information and communication for development environment in three countries: Cameroon, India and Malawi. It describes the capacity development activities and support available to development actors in accessing, communicating and connecting with research-based information from India, Malawi, and Cameroon. These findings are drawn from three consultancies commissioned by SLI and have informed the design of the IDS Knowledge Services’ capacity development strategy.
