This book, a companion to Economic Development and World Debt, is the second volume to be based on papers given at the International Conference of Economists held at Zagreb, Yugoslavia, in 1987. The contributors examine the individual debt management policies, macroeconomic policies and models of developing countries in the 1980s together with the problems of growth and external debt.
