Helen is a Senior Project Support Officer for the Better Assistance in Crises (BASIC) programme at the Institute of Development Studies (IDS).

Helen holds a MSc in International Development from the University of Edinburgh and a BA in International Cultural and Business Studies from the University of Passau. She has worked in international development organizations in Europe and South America.
