Economist with interests on pro-poor macroeconomic policies, foreign aid, and international trade. His DPhil work investigates the macroeconomic implications of scaling up aid flows to Ethiopia. Previously he has worked as an economist at the United Nations Development Programme (Mozambique), the European Commission (Brussels), and CAFOD (London).
