Milly Shopland is a Senior Project Support Officer for the Better Assistance in Crises (BASIC) programme at the Institute of Development Studies (IDS).
Prior to IDS, she worked at Frontline AIDS supporting technical assignments to include marginalised and criminalised populations in national health governance systems, and has experience working for a small microfinance NGO in Eastern Uganda.
