Oliver Roy works as a Project Coordinator with the International Centre for Tax and Development (ICTD).
Oliver is primarily responsible for coordinating the ICTD publications process and organising both internal and external events; he also provides general coordination and administrative support the wider ICTD team.
He is currently studying an MA in Power, Participation, and Social Change at IDS.
