Research Fellow

Dr Syed Abbas is a physician and public health researcher with more than 10 years’ experience of working on zoonotic diseases policies in South Asia.

He is interested in understanding the dynamics involved in multisector collaborations, both in research and practice. He has worked in both our India case states of Gujarat and Tamil Nadu. He is a postdoctoral researcher at IDS.
