Terrorist funding, looting of the Treasury and Tax Fraud are examples of activities that can be linked to illegal money flows from developing countries.

Money slipping out of developing countries, through criminal organizations, international companies and individuals, could alternatively have been used to create economic growth and better life conditions for the population.
