This review provides suggestive evidence of key IFCs for developing countries by analysing capital movements to and from selected regions and economies. While these capital flows are not driven by tax considerations alone, their concentration in certain jurisdictions is suggestive. Through this analysis, it identifies five global IFCs that serve countries across the developing world.
