Poverty, Vulnerability and Social Protection in Zanzibar: An Overview

This policy report reviews the status of poverty and vulnerability in Zanzibar, as well as social protection responses. While poverty and vulnerability are conceptually related, but they are not synonymous. Social protection has the potential to address the consequences and the causes of both poverty and vulnerability.
