Joe is a monitoring, evaluation, and learning (MEL) specialist with an interest in exploring how participatory methods can enhance organisational effectiveness during research, design, monitoring and evaluation of social change programmes.
He is inspired by organisational learning and accountability initiatives that offer more opportunities for decisions to be influenced by the people whose lives are most directly affected by an intervention. Joe is a proud former student of the MSc Climate Change, Development & Policy programme at IDS.
